I love this couple, yet another canon couple from Bleach (they're third place in my book after Urahara & Yoru, Ishida & Orihime). They're Shunsui the sake-drinker and his stern vice captain, but you just know they truly love each other.
This dern pic took me about eight hours--most of which was spent trying to fix the hues in Shunsui's hair and trying to make the hands look ok (Goheh--I don't know what it is about me that insists on putting hands in a pic!!!)
Yes, I had a migraine when I started this one. But it was gone by the time I finished it, which is probably due to the fact that this couple just makes me smile.

They're on my list of Bleach OTPs too **grins** I mean, there *is* something between those two; you'd have to be a foold to ignore it! Episode 55 made me very happy because I'd been waiting for it for ages, but I still think the manga was better.

I've got a picture of Nanao that I must finish.

But the lineart doesn't want to work... I'm overestimating my skills I'm afraid.

And it's IshiHime again so that makes it twice as hard.

awww, I know, Gems. I hate everything I do when I'm drawing it. It's never good enough. But your lineart is so anime-true and your Ishi and your Hime look just like Kubo's and even if they didn't, I'd still love it because it's Ishihime---SO DO IT!!!!!!!!!!! :-D

Those two always put a smile on my face.

Actually...one of my favourite Shunsui & Nanao scenes from the anime is the one where Shunsui introduces himself to Chad while Nanao-chan throws flower petals on him (and where she -later on- dumps the entire remaining content of the basket on her captain, causing him to be semi-buried underneath the petals).

Nicely done, debbiechan :D
